My Story

A few years ago, I was lost in high school, unsure of who I was or what I wanted to do. I watched others find their passions while I struggled to figure out where I belonged. I tried applying to volunteer opportunities, but kept getting turned away or never hearing back. Each time, it felt like another door closing. Then, one local organization finally gave me a chance, and that small opportunity changed everything. Volunteering there helped me grow, find purpose, and connect with my community in ways I never expected. Now, I’m dedicated to helping other students find the same hope and direction I once searched for. At Humanitrice, we understand the struggle because we’ve lived it, and we’re here to open doors for those who just need someone to believe in them.
